<ul>

<li>Experience in Closure Design and Development</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in BIW Closure Systems and their Subsystem Designs</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in Part Development/supplier interaction</li>
<li>Basic understanding of Design/Design changes on Doors, Tailgates, and Hood Parts (Inner/ Outer panel, Reinforcement, Hinges, etc.)</li>
<li>Sound knowledge of Engineering and System Documents like DFMEA, DVP, and DFA</li>
<li>Good technical knowledge of Automotive Sheet Metal Parts, Manufacturing, and Assembly Processes</li>
<li>Ability to prepare and deliver presentations of the concepts/master section</li>
<li>Experience in executing at least one complete project of Doors, Tailgates, and Hood Parts for a passenger car project</li>
<li>Experience in CATIA/UGNX and PLM software like Team Center</li>
<li>Ability to perform Tolerance Stack Up and GD&T will be an added advantage
