Job responsibilities include

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
In-depth understanding of SAP PP and QM
Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes and Business requirement and propose the business solution by understanding the existing landscape for the Incident and Change Request.
Configure and maintain the relevant SAP S/4HANA components including but not limited to Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Quality Management (including documentation)
Support business users in delivery of end user training
Support Extract, Transform and Cleanse data objects
Create and manage SAP Operational tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required gap analysis on existing solution, end-to end process design, testing strategy, training, etc.
Provide overall maintenance and support
Create functional specifications for CR (interfaces, conversions, enhancements and reports and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
Coordination with the global team on all changes SAP PP/QM along with Interfaces
Works globally to provide detailed analysis of potential system changes, develops/supports agreed solutions working with various IT teams and Business Stakeholders, tests system changes to ensure a validated state.

Master Data- Material Master – PP/QM – Discrete manufacturing setup with Variant configuration
Engineering Change Management
Material Forecast, Planned Independent Requirement & Customer Independent Requirement, SOP & LTP, MPS.
Configuration Simulation.
MRP, Planned order and Production Order.
Serial Number & Batch.
Product Cost planning
Interfaces, AL11 Directory
Quality Planning, Inspection, Notification, Control and Reports

Specific Ask:

Should be Chennai based resource who must travel to plant on daily basis.
Must be > 8 Yrs of experience and have more exposure on Operation ticket handling.
On request should work in shifts.
