        Job Description: As a Senior Analytics Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced data, AI, ML, and GenAI solutions that address complex business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop innovative architectures, and ensure the successful integration of advanced analytics systems into our products and services. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding the overall analytics strategy and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
      Key Responsibilities:
        Solution Design:
      • Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive analytics solutions that meet business needs and align with strategic objectives. Develop and define the architecture for large-scale data management, machine learning systems, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
      • Incorporate data compliance, regulatory, and security requirements (e.g., data privacy, retention, auditability, data sovereignty) into analytics solution designs from inception
      • Defines component breakdown of the system; performs functional allocation to the components; establishes interfaces between systems and among system components.
      • Effectively applies enterprise architecture standards, compliance and data governance standards including design patterns, audit readiness, and data access controls.
      • Develops multiple design solutions; performs cost/benefit analysis; recommends optimized solution designs to meet business and analytic technical requirements.
      • Defines reference architectures aligned with architecture standards that standardize compliant data handling to be applied globally.
      • Drives changes in technical architecture into solution designs.
      • Work hands-on to try solutions and ensure relevant learnings are incorporated into the solutions.
      • Technical Leadership: Drives changes in technical architecture into solution designs.ineers & data analysts fostering best practices in advanced analytics, machine learning and software development.
      • Performance Optimization: Ensure that the data management solutions, machine learning models and systems are optimized for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
      • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical specifications. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
      • Data Integration: Oversee the integration of diverse data sources, including structured and unstructured data, into unified analytics platforms. Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
      • Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics and data science with particular focus on solutions that support data compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., EU Data Act, GDPR). Propose and implement innovative, compliant by design analytics solutions to enhance analytics capabilities and drive business value. Lead and perform multiple Proof of Concepts (POCs) to evaluate solutions, technologies and patterns and incorporate them in solution recommendations.
      • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture designs, data models, and analytics solutions. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible for future reference.
        Competencies:
      • Experience: Minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience in data management, analytics, machine learning, solution architecture, or a related field, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex analytics solutions in regulated data environments.
      • Experience designing solutions that account for data privacy, governance, auditability, and regulatory compliance across the data lifecycle.
      Technical Skills:
        Required:
      • Expertise in ETL processes, data modeling, data integration, data lifecycle management, machine learning model management, DevOps, MLOPs.
      • Proficiency in tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, R, Hadoop, Spark, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Databricks.
      • Working knowledge of data privacy controls, such as access management, data masking, row level filtering, lineage, and audit logging within analytics platforms
        Nice to have:
      • Experience in Snowflake, Palantir and Neo4J (In that order of preference)
      • Experience in designing cloud solutions using Azure cloud platform.
      • Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
      • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical methods.
      • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
      • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
