Kumar Prabhas is the Chief Executive Officer of Hinduja Tech Limited. An alumnus of IIT Kanpur, Prabhas has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining Hinduja Tech, Prabhas has worked with L&T Technology Services, Unisys, Sasken, Wipro and Multitech Software.Immediately preceding Hinduja Tech, Prabhas was the Chief Operating Officer and Whole-Time Director on the Board of L&T Technology Services.At Unisys, Prabhas managed dual responsibilities as the Managing Director of Unisys (India) as well as that of Global Head of End-User Services.Prior to Unisys, Prabhas served as the Chief Operating Officer of Sasken Communication, where he led the company through significant growth of Sasken’s services business. He played a key role in preparing the company for its successful IPO.At Wipro Technologies, Prabhas was the worldwide sales leader for the Telecom business. Prior to Wipro, Prabhas has worked at Multitech Software where he, along with four others, started Multitech Software India operations.

KUMAR PRABHAS

Faiz has over 26 years of experience in Automotive Domain with leading Auto OEMs and Tier-1 Suppliers. He has deep domain and operational expertise in ACES (Autonomous, Connected, Electric and Shared) space and has several full vehicle development programs to his credit.
Prior to joining the Hinduja Group, he was part of Tata Motors, EDS Tech and Sumi Motherson Group. He began his career on the assembly line of Tata Motors and gained hands-on experience in tooling, machining and corporate planning. He then moved on to design and development, where he worked on many new-generation commercial, as well as passenger vehicles.
Faiz has led Product Development Vertical at Hinduja Tech preceding his role change to COO. Under his leadership, Hinduja Tech has delivered several class-leading vehicle programs. Some of them have established global benchmarks in quality, performance and cost competitiveness.
He has a deep interest in alternative energy and data analytics, consulting to many large organizations to improve their business processes, which resulted in witnessing significant performance improvements.
Faiz holds a graduate degree in mechanical engineering and a master's degree in Electronics. He has done his MBA in operations management, and also holds a specialized MBA in International Business Strategy. Faiz has a master's degree in cyber security and cyber law, with specialization in data sciences.

FAIZ AHMAD

Raghunath Parthasarathy is the Chief Financial Officer for Hinduja Tech. He has over two and a half decades of experience in Finance, and he leads the fiscal functions, which include accounting, forecasting, budgeting, corporate taxation, treasury, internal controls, and risk management. Legal affairs, Corporate Governance, and Facilities Management also come under his purview.

As Finance is the bedrock of any business, Raghunath is instrumental in taking growth initiatives backed with result-driven strategies leading existing investor relations and establishing successful negotiations with prospective stakeholders. He will play a vital role in the expansion and implementation of various metrics to drive business decisions.

Raghunath has strong experience in spearheading various roles in Finance functions. Before joining Hinduja Tech, Raghunath was a CFO at Allsec Technologies Ltd. He also worked with Fortis, Standard Chartered, and SIFY. He managed Finance Processes & Controls, Budgeting, Audit, Taxation, Legal, and Secretarial, and he demonstrated multiple strategies to sustain the organizations in the growth curve.

He is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant.

RAGHUNATH PARTHASARATHY

Vijay Malik is the Americas Sales and Global Marketing Head at Hinduja Tech. He has 29 years of experience in sales and marketing for technology services, solutions and products in India and the United States.

As a sales manager, he has led large sales teams and built successful operations across India. Subsequently, as corporate marketing manager, he has been instrumental in identifying and negotiating partnerships with global leaders in design and manufacturing, multimedia, and digital mapping, and launching integrated solutions across India.

As one of the youngest general managers in a leading technology services company, he headed the sales, customer support and finance teams (of more than 50 members) and enhanced the organization’s profitability by improving customer satisfaction and increasing service sales.

During his sales career in the United States, he successfully established and managed start-up operations in quick turnaround markets. Involved with the global delivery model since 2002 and has conceptualized various business models to deliver time, cost and quality efficiencies to several Fortune500 companies.

Prior to joining Hinduja Tech, he was associated with NIIT, Tata Elxsi, and Syntel. Vijay Mailk has also won an award of excellence for sales performance.

Vijay holds a Master’s degree in Physics and an MBA in marketing from the University of Kurukshetra.

Shankar Venkatraman is a dynamic, goal-oriented Sales & Marketing professional with a strong background in engineering and technology. At Hinduja Tech, he is EMEA Head – Sales, Marketing, Regional Operations & Delivery. He drives global synergies and integration plans with the newly acquired company – Drive Systems Design. Under his leadership, the company will discover new business avenues with lateral strategies pivoting to new value propositions.

Backed with over 30 years of experience in this domain, he has hands-on expertise in defining new go-to-market solutions by analyzing market trends and competition. He is strategically driven with the best market insights, analytical capability, and strong know-how of product management life cycle. With his proficiency in conceptualizing and executing several marketing campaigns to create awareness about the organization's strategies, he is nimble in making business plans and designing the road ahead to make them a reality.

Before joining Hinduja Tech, he was with Unisys as a Vice President of Marketing and Communications. He also played strategic roles in ConnectM, Sasken, Neotech Systems Inc, and WS Telesystems Ltd. He has been leading multiple roles throughout his career, delivering spectacular growth and promising pipelines. He has rich experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering across Information Technology and Telecom industries.

Shankar holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communications).

SHANKAR VENKATRAMAN  

Sanjay Patil is Hinduja Tech’s India Sales Head. He has 27 years of experience in engineering and IT services, primarily in managing executive relationships with key customers in Europe, United Kingdom and India who is also a Mechanical Engineer. He was involved in business development activities across Engineering, PLM, manufacturing, industrial automation and controls, and IT services.

Sanjay has led successful business development initiatives in Europe, Middle East and Africa for large offshore development centers (ODCs) that accelerated offshore revenue growth through an engineering approach, ensuring low-cost product innovation and launch. He has also worked with automotive giants such as Tech Mahindra, Geometric, Intelmac, Solidworks and Greaves group prior to joining Hinduja Tech.

SANJAY PATIL

Fintan Early spearheads Business Development for Japan region at Hinduja Tech. Though an Irish national, Fintan has spent his professional career in Japan working for more than 27 years in leadership positions between global automotive Tier-1 Suppliers and Japanese OEMs. Fintan also has deep experience in seamlessly managing the cultural and language divide in building customer’s confidence towards solutions offered by Hinduja Tech. He crafts new innovative ideas and proposals that are of interest to the Japanese market.

Fintan combines deep domain experience in Automotive Engineering, his knowledge of the automotive business model and the hierarchy of corporate decision-making in Japan to nurture opportunities within the Japanese market.


Prior to joining Hinduja Tech, he was with Visteon Corporation and TRW Automotive Incorporated. He began his career as an Injection Moulding Dies Design Engineer before playing lead roles in ABS/ESP and Brake Systems. Fintan’s responsibilities and roles in these organizations quickly grew, and he eventually became the Japan-based regional director and business leader for global multi-billion USD accounts across a wide range of automotive sub-systems for his respective employers.


Fintan has a BSC in Mechanical Engineering from a top university in Ireland. He is also fluent in the Japanese language, and is often called upon to lead sensitive high-stakes meetings with Japanese corporates. He is also deeply active in the search for Cutting-Edge new technologies and IP.

FINTAN EARLY

Srikanth Sudhir is the Product Delivery Head for Vehicle Systems. He has over 27 years of experience in leading Indian and Multinational Auto OEMs, and has good experience heading Full Vehicle Development programs. As the head of Vehicle Systems, Srikanth leads and directs the teams in charge of Vehicle Engineering, EVs, Body Systems, Powertrain and Virtual Validation. He is also responsible for engineering strategy and customer delivery with focus on Cost, Quality and Timeline. 

Prior to joining Hinduja Tech, Srikanth was a part of Mahindra & Mahindra, Bajaj Auto and Maruti Suzuki. He has also trained with Suzuki Motor Corporation in the areas of Body Design. He has specialized in the areas of Body & Closures, Interior and Exterior Trims, NVH, Seating Systems and HVAC, and has worked on many full vehicle programs including 3 iCOTY vehicles.

Srikanth is a Mechanical Engineer from REC, Calicut (Now NIT, Kozhikode). He also underwent 2 years of training in Body Design in SMC, Japan. He is a recipient of the prestigious NTSE Scholarship (1988) and holds multiple patents in Seating and Body Systems. Outside of work, Srikanth is an avid biker and enjoys photography.

SRIKANTH SUDHIR

M. Vasudevan is an accomplished professional with a career spanning over 25 years in Research and Development within the Automotive, Aerospace, and Industrial Automation sectors. As a highly experienced individual, he holds a Ph.D. in Power Electronics and Motor Control Systems from Anna University, a Master's degree in Power Electronics & Drives from SASTRA, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Annamalai University.

Vasudevan is head of the Embedded and Electronics (E&E) Business. He holds the overall delivery responsibility for E&E practice, encompassing People, Projects, and Programs with a focus on Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Customer Satisfaction. He diligently supports the practice in achieving global competitiveness and maturity by fostering a robust Techno-Commercial approach. His expertise extends to driving Competency Development aligned with the practice's strategic objectives, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of innovation. 

Throughout his career, Vasudevan has made significant contributions to various fields, including Powertrain Controls, Battery Management Systems, Body Control Modules, and Hybrid Electric Vehicles. He has held key positions, such as General Manager at HCL Technologies Ltd., where he served as the Head of Embedded Controls Engineering and Model-Based Design (MBD) and played an essential role in the Manufacturing, Medical, and Transportation Verticals.

With a passion for innovation and a rich portfolio of projects, he has been involved in numerous ventures, including Virtual Simulation of ECUs, Control Algorithm Development for Autonomous Vehicles, and Model-Based Design for various applications. He has proven expertise in technical areas such as Power Electronics, Embedded Software Development, Model-Based Design, Verification & Validation, and Application & Platform Software Development.

VASUDEVAN 

Prashant Nirmale is the head for Digital Technology Services at Hinduja Tech. He has more than two decades of experience in the IT Industry. Over the years, he has gained invaluable experience implementing & maintaining IT applications for manufacturing industries and building large cross-cultural teams across geographies.

Prior to joining Hinduja Tech, Prashant had worked with Crompton Greaves and SAP. He has spearheaded various roles including Consulting, Software Development, Sales and Management which has provided him a well-rounded view of the industry.

After his stint with Crompton, Prashant joined SAP India’s International Consulting Group (ICG) and led projects locally & abroad. He later moved to SAP Custom Development Organization as part of rationalization of businesses within SAP. After close to a decade working with SAP, Prashant had a brief stint with a German company, managing their India operations as Country Head.

Prashant has a degree in Computer Engineering from Pune University and is fascinated with latest technologies and how it can be leveraged to deliver business excellence.

Antony Praveen is the Global Head – HR of Hinduja Tech. He plays a pivotal role in People Development, Talent Acquisition, and Organization Structure management. He is instrumental in Mergers & Acquisition initiatives from a people perspective. With rich experience in handling the global workforce, he is responsible for successfully delivering people strategy and driving business goals globally. He is agile in Strategic HR, People Transition, and complete Talent Management Life Cycle.

With his strong leadership skills backed by two decades of experience, he methodically gives inputs to design the career path and engage the workforce. He strongly believes that the engagement of employees will increase through personal empowerment. He is influential with his deferential approach and always appreciates and recognizes people for what they do. He uplifts the organization and makes it the employer of choice.

With his ‘People First’ mindset and positive, can-do attitude, Antony ensures to spread the same among his team members and fellow workers. He always empathizes with people and exhibits his charisma to approach any challenge.

Before Hinduja Tech, he was with Tata Consultancy Services spearheading different business units spread across geographies, predominantly the US, UK, and Europe. Antony also worked with Cognizant and SummitHR Worldwide in his earlier engagements.

He holds MSW in Human Resources from the University of Madras.

ANTONY PRAVEEN

Suresh Venkatachalam is the Head of Quality & Information Security. He has about 25+ years of experience in Project Management, Quality, Information Security and Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery space. 

Suresh is an inspiring leader and is skilled in bringing fit-for-purpose and lean processes, and has the responsibility to institutionalize ‘Process’ & ‘Security’ culture at the enterprise level, which enables secure, on-time, quality and cost-competitive delivery, and compliance at Hinduja Tech.

Prior to joining Hinduja Tech, he was part of Tech Mahindra. He began his career as a programmer in a Pharma company and gained experience in structured application development. He then moved on as a consultant at Citibank, where he specialized in Project Management. Later at Tech Mahindra, he mastered his skills in Quality Management and Audits & Assessment areas.

Suresh is a certified cyber security and cyber defence professional from IIT-Kanpur. He is a science graduate, with a postgraduate diploma in Systems Management, Cyber Investigation and Cyber Law. Suresh has a fascination for Risk Management, Information Security, Data Privacy, and Cyber Investigations. He is well-versed in handling quality, security audits and compliance assessments for evaluating the effectiveness of controls and compliance. He is a Lead Auditor in Information Security, certified Data Center Professional, certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), intacs™ certified Provisional Assessor in Automotive SPICE, certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Six Sigma Black Belt. He is also a member of CIO Klub, Chennai Chapter.

SURESH VENKATACHALAM 

Vijay Bhawsar is the Head of Business Operations, Resource Management and Sales Operations at Hinduja Tech. He has over 10+ years of experience in IT and Engineering Service industries.

Vijay has worked across the Engineering Service sector in small to large Indian & US companies such as L&T Technology, and L&T Thales JV where he was involved in post integration of DOC, acquired by LTTS in US. He has over 5+ years of experience in Senior Management, spearheading end-to-end P&L management. Vijay also has a strong expertise in building Pricing / Business Models Strategies with a goal of maximizing profits.

Vijay Bhawsar’s key responsibility at Hinduja Tech is to maximize revenue growth and profits. His responsibilities also include driving Operational Efficiency, Business KPIs, Tracking of Project’ Health, and Commercials Management & driving Mitigation Actions.

His role under Sales Operations includes driving pipeline growth, targets on lead generation, measuring key KPIs, sales cycles, win-loss analysis, driving regional focused reviews, and formulating T20 growth plans.

At L&T Technology Services, Vijay managed Business Operations for Transportation Vertical, and then moved to taking over the responsibilities of Mechanical Horizontal Business Operations. After relentlessly working for 6 long years, Vijay managed to get M&A post integrations for US acquisition at L&T. He has handled large P&L of 250+ m$, grown profits from +17% to 37%, at Thales JV he managed to achieve ~15 m$ revenue with negative (-7%) & profits to +10% PAT, and DOC M&A ~35 m$ revenue with negative (-10%) profits to +2% PAT.

Vijay holds Master’s Degree in Biotechnology and is also certified in Strategy and Operations from International Business Management Institute, Berlin – Germany. His ingenious number games aside, Vijay is passionate about biking, snooker, and travelling.

VIJAY BHAWSAR

Arpit Mundra has been spearheading the Corporate Strategy and Investments function for over 5 years at Hinduja Tech. He has more than 10 years of experience in the service industry, spanning across sectors including Oil & Gas, BFSI, and Technology.

At Hinduja Tech, Arpit is responsible for long term strategic planning, defining the key initiatives, drawing out execution plans with the leaders, and aligning the business decisions with industry needs. He is involved in framing the growth strategy options for the business by analyzing global trends and the competitive landscape. Arpit is also responsible for evaluating & executing the step function growth opportunities and making the business future proof. As the Strategy leader he offers perspective to senior management about the future of the organization and provides recommendations around the choices that the company can possibly make, backed by data-driven analysis.

Prior to Hinduja Tech, he worked with the investment banking division at Deutsche Bank. Arpit is an MBA in Finance and Strategy from FMS, Delhi and also a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Madras. Arpit is an avid investor and is highly bullish on the Indian tech landscape.
