Job Description:
- Fuel Tank Product know how , Good hands on CATIA V5 or UGNX software commands , Competent in implementing blow moulding design rules , Competent to implement plastic part design rules for injection moulding , Basic knowledge of Sheetmetal parts design rules. , Experience of working on parts related to automotive field , knowledge of project timelines Knowledge of Welding /other fixings technologies Skills, Good communication and presentation skills, Coordinating and support to Senior Engineer / product application engineer on open points and overall project status Leadership Competencies Versatile , decisive, collaborative, result driven, passionate, Good Team player, Able to effectively communicat e with cross functional teams /OEM customers Activities , Support in the Designs and technical solutions (sketches, sections, partial models, global models, overall dimensions, tooling/assembly kinematics) Generates the CAD files in accordance with OPM CAD methodology and CAD specifications of both customer and OPM Support to maintain the flow of CAD files on server , File naming as per standards Updates models based on technical feasibility studies.
- Perform analysis and suggest corrective actions Vega simulation, Slosh simulations, Deformation/Ageing, BM simulation, PV simulation, Vibration simulation, Sled/Drop Simulation , cooling simulations Performs various checks on his 3D models to ensure good quality of the final product (interferences by DMU checks, A surface analysi of visible parts Works close ly with Product Application Engineer and extended teams Industrial engineers, Tooling Expert Department, CAE Engineer, Moldflow Engineer, etc …).
