Job Description:

Job Description: We are looking for a proactive QA & Integration Engineer to lead the validation of our EV’s connected ecosystem. This role is a 50/50 split between App/OTA Validation and Electrical Department Integration.
      Primary Responsibilities:
      1. App & OTA Testing Leadership (50%)
    • End-to-End Ownership: Independently analyze product requirements to design, document, and execute comprehensive test cases for Mobile Apps (iOS/Android) and OTA update cycles.
    • Bug Reporting Excellence: Establish and maintain standardized Bug Reporting Templates that include correlated data from multiple sources (App, Cloud, and Vehicle).
    • Evidence-Based Reporting: For every defect, you are expected to collect and attach:
    • Mobile Logs: ADB Logcat (Android) or Console/Sysdiagnose (iOS).
    • Network Logs: API/HTTPS traffic captures (Charles Proxy/Postman).
    • Vehicle Logs: CAN/UDS traces using Vector Tools (CANoe/CANalyzer).
    • Cloud Traces: Monitoring MQTT brokers and Kafka topics to verify message delivery.
    • Regression Testing: Maintain a robust regression suite to ensure new app versions or OTA packages do not break existing App or vehicle functions.
      2. Integration & Project Development (50%)
    • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the technical liaison for the Electrical Department, coordinating with Power Electronics, Battery Management, and Infotainment teams.
    • Linux Troubleshooting: Access vehicle gateways via Linux environments to debug connectivity stacks and internal system logs.
    • Issue Tracking: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of defects, from discovery in the lab to verification of the fix in the vehicle. Technical Requirements
    • App Testing Expertise: 3+ years of experience in mobile app testing with a focus on hardware-software integration.
    • Protocol Proficiency: Mastery of UDS (ISO 14229) and CAN/CAN-FD communication.
    • Cloud/IoT Knowledge: Practical experience with MQTT and Kafka messaging protocols.
    • Diagnostic Tooling: Expert-level usage of Vector hardware/software and Linux command-line tools.
    • EV Experience: Previous experience in EV Project Development (Integration or Validation) is preferred. Behavioral Traits
    • Self-Motivated: Ability to ""reverse-engineer"" requirements to understand system behavior without constant supervision.
    • Analytical Rigor: A commitment to providing developers with ""zero-doubt"" bug reports (clear steps, expected vs. actual, and full log attachments).
    • Collaborative: Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment alongside hardware, firmware, and cloud engineers."
